Strength and anaerobic cardio attack!

WOD 110909

Back squat

3, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1

Rest 5 minutes

Then 3 rounds for time of:

5 Push Presses 135 lbs
10 Pull-ups
15 incline dumbbell press
20 Double Unders
