Do you remember what my time was? It was about the same as Aiden.

12:46 w/ 35#…basically all singles on the jump rope, though…
Anybody have suggestions on moving from singles to doubles?

I’m not sure if that link will go through, but he was KIA Tuesday in Afghanistan. I did not know him well, but we went through a lot together and he was always a stand-up guy. Be thou at peace, Dan.

Josh, I found that not looking in a mirror helps. Also concentrating less on your jumping and more on turning your hands fast. Now I will start homework.

squat — 205#
Jim, for some reason the number 13:20 is in my head for my time. I got the time from Matt, repeated it 3-4 times, and forgot it on the way to my car.

squat 105#
@Aidan- I did the exact same thing. My time was either 10:39, 11:39 or 13:39…
@Josh- Like Jim mentioned, not facing the mirror helped me a lot. Think about spinning the rope faster, and while trying to get the hang of it you can compensate some by pulling your knees higher to make sure the rope passes. As you get better you wont have to. The BEST way to get better is by doing them…and doing them..
Also, thanks for making us aware of Dan, I’ll be thinking of him and his family.

@ Josh - def sad to hear that man. Whenever there is a loss of life, the damage is irreparable.
As for the double unders DO NOT look in the mirror and practice. Repetition is the key…especially under duress. It’s always reeeaaall easy when youve got nothing else to do. They only get that much harder when doing anything else.
All the times from Yesterday were:
