Keeping Strength in the Strength Program by Bill Starr

This video is mush akin to the Michael Jordan Failure video ive posted a few times.

Here is a great clip of Will Smith talking about what makes him different from those who are less successful even though they may possibly be more talented.

It really comes down to work ethic.

What do you want out of life? What are your goals?

What are you willing to give up in exchange for what you want?

Now, if youre not willing to work hard enough to get what you want out of life - then you need to reassess what you think you want out of life…orĀ  come to grips with the fact that youre going to have to bust your ass to get what you want.

Get busy working toward what you want…or get busy being a huge, miserable failure. It’s up to you.

The good stuff begins right @ the 2 minute mark. (H/T CrossFit Hampton Roads)

7:50 using 35# dbs. I even did a double under or two.

I think I could have finished if I had more weight, but it would have taken much longer.
