Building a strong fitness foundation - Deadlifts, burpees and sit-ups

Today’s WOD

Strength training

Deadlift 3 x 5

Conditioning

30 burpees
20 sit-ups
20 burpees
20 sit-ups
10 burpees
20 sit-ups
