DB Push Press x 12 (45/30)

Cherry Picker x 50

Burpees x 10

Back squat=145# max. Not exactly sure of the time…:14 something I think…the 30# dumbell push presses SMOKED my shoulders…but was TOTALLY worth it…never put that weight up before on a push press… :)
